Representation contracts

Greetings. I am interested in finding a school that can help us in the wording of representation agreements, where commission rates increase based on the number of students sent to a school.

If you have any advice or examples, I can be emailed directly at [e-mail]. If you are a degree granting college or university in the U.S., I will be happy to make your brochures available to our ESL students and to put up your poster on our bulletin boards in exchange. Thank you.
